# Home

> See what needs you, finish setup and check Robyn's work.

**Home** brings together your clinic's setup, conversations that need attention and recent activity.

Home in the sample clinic, with setup steps and recent messaging results. All patient data shown is fictional.

## Finish setting up

The **Set up** card shows the next steps for your clinic. A trial on sample patients lets you try Robyn before connecting real patients. Follow [Set up your clinic](https://docs.routiq.ai/getting-started/set-up-your-clinic.md) for the full flow.

## Check what needs you

Open an item in **Needs you** to read the conversation and deal with it. A held reply still needs a person to check it even when Robyn has written a draft.

## Check the two switches

**Robyn's replies** controls her answers to incoming texts. **Rebooking texts** controls approval of outgoing rebooking drafts. They are separate: one can be on Auto while the other is on Assist. See [Auto and Assist](https://docs.routiq.ai/robyn/auto-and-assist.md).

## Read the results

The activity cards and Messages/Calls views show your clinic's recent work. **Booked after Robyn** counts a booking within seven days of a delivered text or an answered call, excluding bookings later cancelled. A booking made after contact does not prove the contact caused it.

On a sample practice, activity is made up so you can explore the screens. Connect your own practice before using it to judge your clinic's results.

## See who's due back

Use the due-back controls to review your audience before turning on rebooking. The [Message Queue](https://docs.routiq.ai/reengagement/message-queue.md) holds patients, drafts and approved texts.
