# PracticeHub Integration

> Routiq for PracticeHub is shipping June 2026. Built against PracticeHub's developer API with multi-region support.

  **Why this matters.** PracticeHub is a UK-strong practice management
  system increasingly used by physio and rehab clinics across multiple
  regions. Routiq's PracticeHub integration is built against the
  official developer API and supports the multi-region URL structure
  (`{tenant}.{region}.practicehub.io`) out of the box.

## What Robyn will be able to do with PracticeHub

* **Read patients** — recognise returning callers, look up history, capture new-patient records
* **Read availability** — pulled from PracticeHub's online-bookings system
* **Book, reschedule, cancel** — Robyn writes appointments directly into PracticeHub
* **Multi-region awareness** — for clinics on the `neptune`, `mercury`, or other regional hosts

## Expected setup flow

When the integration ships, setup will look like this (subject to refinement during beta):

    In PracticeHub, go to **Settings** → **Other** → **Developers** → **Create API Key**. Name it `Routiq Integration` and click **Generate API Key**. Copy the key immediately.

  <Step title="Enable online bookings in PracticeHub">
    Still in the developer area: **Settings** → **Online bookings** → **Enable Online Bookings** → toggle **Allow patients to book appointments online** on. Without this, Robyn won't see availability.

  <Step title="Find your domain and region">
    Look at your PracticeHub URL when logged in. For example, if your URL is `https://testclinic.neptune.practicehub.io`:

    | ---------- | --------------------------------------------- |
    | **Domain** | `testclinic` (the part unique to your clinic) |
    | **Region** | `neptune` (your hosting region)               |

    You'll need both in step 4.

  <Step title="Connect in Routiq">
    In Routiq's onboarding flow:

    * Paste your PracticeHub API key
    * Enter your **domain** (e.g. `testclinic`)
    * Select your **region** from the dropdown

    Routiq verifies the connection and starts the initial sync.

  <Step title="Verify and go live">
    Confirm patients, practitioners, and appointment types appear correctly, then forward your clinic line to Robyn.

## Why we're prioritising this

PracticeHub is a top-3 PMS for UK allied-health clinics, and the UK market is Routiq's first major expansion target after AU/NZ. Several inbound enquiries each week ask specifically about PracticeHub — building this opens up that segment.
