# The Patient List

> Everyone in your book, grouped by how overdue they are, with a CSV export.

The **Patient List** shows "Everyone in your book, grouped by how overdue they are." Open it from the sidebar, under **Reengagement**.

<iframe className="w-full aspect-video rounded-xl border-0" src="https://iframe.mediadelivery.net/embed/681521/0b9bdf9a-cf3b-44f0-8bd4-2c331b39c357?autoplay=false&preload=false" title="Tour: Patient list" loading="lazy" allow="encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; fullscreen" allowFullScreen />

## What you see

The top line counts who's due back and who's in your book. Patients are listed highest score first, with these columns:

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Patient | Their name. |
| Treatment | Their usual appointment type. |
| Practitioner | Who they usually see. |
| Score | Robyn's ranking, 0 to 100. See [who's due back](/reengagement/whos-due-back). |
| Last visit | When they last came in. |
| Due | For example "12d overdue", "due now" or "due in 5d". |

You can add **Birthday**, **Visits**, **Contacted** and **Phone** from **Filters**, under **Columns**.

Type in **Filter the list...** to find someone by name. The screen shows up to 2,000 patients at a time, highest score first, and the search covers those.

## Filters

Press **Filters** to narrow the list.

* **Show** changes what you see. It doesn't change what Robyn does.
* **Tiers** is different: it's "a setting, not a view". It decides which groups Robyn may write to at all.
* **Services** narrows the list to certain appointment types.
* **Upcoming birthdays only** shows patients with a birthday coming up.

## Add patients to the queue

Tick the patients you want and press **Add to queue**. Robyn drafts a message for each one straight away. See [the Message Queue](/reengagement/message-queue#add-patients-yourself).

## Export to a spreadsheet

Press **Export**, beside **Filters**. You get a CSV file named for today's date, with everyone in the list as you've filtered it. That includes patients already in the queue, and goes beyond the 2,000 on screen.

The file has these columns: First name, Last name, Mobile, Email, Group, Reason, Score, Treatment, Practitioner, Last visit, Days overdue, Visits, Birthday, Queue status, and Opted out of texts.

<Warning>
  Check **Opted out of texts** before you contact anyone from the file. These patients asked not to get marketing texts.
</Warning>

Owners, admins and staff can export. A read-only login sees "Your login is read-only, so it can't export the list." Every export is recorded: who, when and how many patients.
