Open **Patient Overview** to see your patient book, then switch to **Patients** when you need individual records.

Patient Overview showing sample patient groups, Robyn Scores and connected calendars. All patient data shown is fictional.

## Overview

The cards show **Where your patients stand**, **Left alone, and why** and the **Robyn Score**. Review the due-back picture before choosing who to contact. **Mark lost after** controls how long away counts as lost; it is separate from an appointment type's return interval.

## Patients

Use the Patients tab to find someone, inspect their details and open the row's **⋯** menu. Review their visits and upcoming booking before deciding on outreach. The **Text** action opens a conversation for your team to write.

The [Robyn Score](https://docs.routiq.ai/reengagement/robyn-score.md) is out of 30. It is a ranking aid, not a promise that someone will book.

## Export

Press **Export** to download a CSV of your patient list. Keep the export in your clinic's approved storage and share it only with people who need it.

## Why someone is not being texted

Check the reason shown rather than adding them repeatedly. Existing bookings, contact restrictions and recent texts can keep a patient out. Use the [Message Queue](https://docs.routiq.ai/reengagement/message-queue.md) to inspect eligible patients and drafts.
