# Diary

> See bookings, spare time and the record of Robyn’s booking activity.

Open **Diary** and choose **Week**, **Day** or **Log**.

| View | Use it for |
| - | - |
| Week | One practitioner's week, with bookings coloured by treatment and spare time in green. |
| Day | The day's appointments and spare stretches, with the source of the diary shown. |
| Log | Bookings Robyn made and bookings that followed her contact. |

Choose the practitioner and date you want to inspect. Closed days and public holidays affect which spare times appear. Check the sync label before relying on the diary after a connection problem.

## Booked after Robyn

A booking after a delivered text or an answered call can count within the seven-day attribution window. It may have been made by your team or the patient elsewhere. The contact came first; this does not prove it caused the booking. Cancelled bookings are excluded from the booked-after count.
