# The Robyn Score

> Use a score out of 30 to prioritise patients who may come back.

The **Robyn Score** is Robyn's learned estimate of a patient's chance of returning, shown on a scale out of **30**. It helps order eligible patients; it does not override consent or mean a booking is certain.

| Level | Score |
| - | - |
| Top pick | 26–30 |
| Strong | 20–25 |
| Typical | 10–19 |
| Long shot | 0–9 |

Look for it in the Message Queue's Patients tab and draft details, or in Patient Overview. Open **How Robyn picks** for an explanation using your clinic's own counts.

## Where it comes from

Robyn learns from appointment history in your own diary. A short or incomplete history gives her less to learn from; importing real visit history is important for list-based systems. A patient without a learned score may show **No Robyn Score yet**.

## Use it with your rules

In rebooking settings, **Best Robyn Score first** and the score range help choose who enters the queue. Check your allowed groups and return intervals too. A high score never makes an opted-out or already-booked patient eligible.
