Why this matters. ClinicOffice (by Pioneer Software) is a
long-established UK practice management system with strong adoption
in podiatry, physio, and osteopathy clinics. Its API uses a
two-credential model (Customer Reference + API key) and requires
online bookings to be enabled separately — both of which Routiq
handles in onboarding.
What Robyn will be able to do with ClinicOffice
- Read patients — recognise returning callers, look up history, capture new-patient records
- Read availability — pulled from ClinicOffice’s online-booking portal
- Book, reschedule, cancel — Robyn writes appointments directly into ClinicOffice
- Read practitioners and locations — for routing decisions and per-practitioner escalations
Expected setup flow
When the integration ships, setup will look like this (subject to refinement during beta):Enable online bookings in ClinicOffice
Before generating any keys, you must enable online bookings on your ClinicOffice account. See Pioneer Software’s online bookings guide for the walkthrough.
Generate API credentials
- Log into the ClinicOffice Client Portal
- Go to My Account → API
- Toggle the API switch on
- Copy your Customer Reference and your API key — you’ll need both

- Paste your Customer Reference
- Paste your API key
