Why this matters. PracticeHub is a UK-strong practice management system increasingly used by physio and rehab clinics across multiple regions. Routiq’s PracticeHub integration is built against the official developer API and supports the multi-region URL structure ({tenant}.{region}.practicehub.io) out of the box.

What Robyn will be able to do with PracticeHub

  • Read patients — recognise returning callers, look up history, capture new-patient records
  • Read availability — pulled from PracticeHub’s online-bookings system
  • Book, reschedule, cancel — Robyn writes appointments directly into PracticeHub
  • Multi-region awareness — for clinics on the neptune, mercury, or other regional hosts

Expected setup flow

When the integration ships, setup will look like this (subject to refinement during beta):

Generate a PracticeHub API key

In PracticeHub, go to Settings → Other → Developers → Create API Key. Name it Routiq Integration and click Generate API Key. Copy the key immediately.

Enable online bookings in PracticeHub

Still in the developer area: Settings → Online bookings → Enable Online Bookings → toggle Allow patients to book appointments online on. Without this, Robyn won’t see availability.

Find your domain and region

Look at your PracticeHub URL when logged in. For example, if your URL is https://testclinic.neptune.practicehub.io:You’ll need both in step 4.

Connect in Routiq

In Routiq’s onboarding flow:
  • Paste your PracticeHub API key
  • Enter your domain (e.g. testclinic)
  • Select your region from the dropdown
Routiq verifies the connection and starts the initial sync.

Verify and go live

Confirm patients, practitioners, and appointment types appear correctly, then forward your clinic line to Robyn.
