Why this matters. Coreplus is one of the most-used PMSes for AU allied health (especially physio and OT) and has the third-largest installed base after Cliniko and Nookal. Coreplus’s native Add-ons system makes the integration cleaner than most — per-practitioner schedule control is built in.

Expected setup flow

When the integration ships, setup will look like this (subject to refinement during beta):

Enable the Routiq Add-on in Coreplus

Go to Setup → Add Ons → Routiq and toggle the integration on. Copy the Access Token Coreplus generates for you.

Publish practitioner schedules to Routiq

For each practitioner Robyn should book into, go to Calendar → Schedules, and under Publish To, tick the Routiq box. Repeat for each schedule.
You can publish only the schedules you want Robyn to use. A practitioner who isn’t published stays invisible to Routiq.

Connect in Routiq

In Routiq’s onboarding flow, paste the Coreplus Access Token. Routiq verifies the connection and starts the initial sync.

Verify and go live

Confirm patients, practitioners, and appointment types appear correctly in Routiq, then forward your clinic line to Robyn.

Coreplus is the most-requested integration from clinics already using Routiq for Cliniko or Nookal multi-PMS group practices. Building it earns Routiq access to the third-largest segment of the AU allied-health market.
