What uses credits
Every text that goes out uses credits: Robyn’s replies, booking confirmations, rebooking messages, campaigns, texts after calls, and your team’s replies in Chat. Texts that fail to deliver aren’t charged. Calls use no credits. A text is split into segments, and each segment is one credit:
A rebooking message with a booking link usually takes two segments, so it costs about 2 credits. When you edit a draft in the Message Queue, it shows the characters, SMS segments and credits it will use.
Buy credits
On the Account page, under Message credits, pick a pack: 500 credits, 2,000 credits or 5,000 credits, at 10c a credit. Each pack shows about how many rebooking texts it covers. You can buy credits while you have a subscription.Running low or out
- Under 200 credits, the Account page says “Running low. Top up to keep sends going.”
- At zero, the credits button in the sidebar says Top up, and messages that can’t go say “No message credits left — top up to send this one.”
- With no credits, Robyn stops writing new rebooking drafts until you top up.
