Rules for everyone

Under Her voice, edit an existing rule or write a new one and press Add. These rules apply to every chat and reengagement message. Keep instructions concrete: how to sign off, words to avoid, or how directly to invite someone back. Robyn’s default identifies her starting wording.

Rules for each group

Give a group its own guidance when the reason for writing differs. Someone just due may need a different invitation from someone away a long time. Avoid promising a specific result or appointment unless the clinic can provide it.

Preview the wording

The How she’ll sound panel shows a reengagement message and a sample chat reply. Use Try another patient to see another example. These previews are not sent.

Check a draft

Open a draft in the Message Queue and review its Message, Journey, Score and Prompt. Edit the final text before approving it. Changing writing rules is different from choosing who receives messages or when they send. Clinic facts belong in What Robyn knows; approval settings belong in Auto and Assist.
