The Routiq iPhone app puts your clinic’s conversations, calls and Message Queue in your pocket. It’s in testing, through Apple’s TestFlight.

Get the app

The app is available by invitation through TestFlight. To get an invitation, contact us. Then install TestFlight from the App Store and open the invitation on your iPhone. Sign in with your own Routiq email and password. Forgotten your password? Reset it on the web at robyn.routiq.ai, then sign in on your phone.

What’s in it

The app has five tabs along the bottom. “Send now” on a draft sends it straight away: “This goes to the patient straight away, even outside the clinic’s sending hours.” The Patient List, Campaigns and billing stay on the web app at robyn.routiq.ai. So do the send window and daily pace for rebooking messages. In the app’s words: “This phone reads them; it does not change them.”

Connect your practice system from your iPhone

1

Make the key

In Safari, sign in to Cliniko or PracSuite and make an API key, the same way as on a computer. See Cliniko or PracSuite. Copy it.
2

Open Integrations

In the Routiq app, tap More, then Integrations, then Cliniko or PracSuite.
3

Paste and connect

Paste the key into Your Cliniko API key (or PracSuite) and tap Connect Cliniko (or Connect PracSuite).
Robyn starts reading straight away. Open the connection to see what she has read, or tap Check for changes. Only an owner or admin can connect. Anyone else sees “Connections are managed by admins”. Disconnecting and importing a spreadsheet are on the web app.

Notifications

The iPhone app doesn’t send push notifications. Your team gets alerts by email, set in Settings, then Notifications, on the web. See alerts.

Feedback

Tap More, then Leave feedback to tell the Routiq team what’s working and what isn’t.
