Open Diary and choose Week, Day or Log. Choose the practitioner and date you want to inspect. Closed days and public holidays affect which spare times appear. Check the sync label before relying on the diary after a connection problem.

Booked after Robyn

A booking after a delivered text or an answered call can count within the seven-day attribution window. It may have been made by your team or the patient elsewhere. The contact came first; this does not prove it caused the booking. Cancelled bookings are excluded from the booked-after count. For rules about what Robyn can change herself, see Booking by text.
